Fans are undoubtedly excited to finally be seeing more of the superstar singer after she was diagnosed with Stiff Person Syndrome.

In a hopeful and exciting turn of events, Dion graced the latest cover of Vogue France and gave an update on her health and explained when and how she'd return to performing.

The interview got straight to Dion's continued struggle with Stiff Person Syndrome, a rare autoimmune neurological disorder that affects muscles.

I’m well, but it’s a lot of work. I’m taking it one day at a time," she told Vogue France. She went on to say that she is still struggling with the "disease, though she has shifted her outlook on it.

At first, she explained, she asked why everything was happening to her and now, she says that she's learned to live with it and is hoping for a cure.

I haven’t beat the disease, as it's still within me and always will be. I hope that we'll find a miracle, a way to cure it with scientific research, but for now, I have to learn to live with it.

So, that's me, now with Stiff Person Syndrome," she shared. "Five days a week, I undergo athletic, physical, and vocal therapy.

I work on my toes, my knees, my calves, my fingers, my singing, my voice ... I have to learn to live with it now and stop questioning myself.

"I've chosen to work with all my body and soul, from head to toe, with a medical team. I want to be the best I can be. My goal is to see the Eiffel Tower again!"
