Dua Lipa's dating history has provided her with one major lesson about breakups — instead of trying to run away from the emotions associated with ending a relationship.
Speaking with Elle about her latest single, "Training Season," Lipa shared that track came to be after taking some time to herself to reflect.
The song, written in November 2022, came after relationships with Bella and Gigi’s younger brother Anwar Hadid and French director Romain Gavras.
